Refund Policy
Refund requests are only accepted for defective products or items that do not match the approved specifications. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of product delivery. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our team. If a claim is approved, refunds will be processed promptly.
Design Files
The Rigid Packaging provides design files at a resolution of 72 DPI for preview purposes only. If you require higher-resolution design files, additional charges will apply. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your specific requirements.
Customer Submitted Artwork
Customers must submit artwork, designs, and images in CMYK format with a resolution of at least 300 DPI to ensure high-quality printing. The Rigid Packaging is not responsible for any discrepancies in color or quality resulting from artwork provided in incorrect formats or resolutions. Please ensure all designs meet our specifications before submission.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled prior to the printing or shipping process. Once an order has entered the production or shipping stage, cancellation will no longer be possible. Cancellation during the production stages may incur charges to cover costs already incurred. If you need to cancel your order, contact our Customer Service Team immediately for assistance. Cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and you will be informed of any applicable charges.
Production and Shipping Timelines
The Rigid Packaging strives to meet all production and shipping deadlines. Estimated production times are provided at the time of order confirmation, but these timelines may be impacted by unforeseen delays such as equipment failures or supply chain disruptions. Customers are advised to account for possible delays when placing time-sensitive orders.
Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect 99% of the received products within 10 days. If you notice any discrepancies, please notify us immediately. Returns are only accepted with prior written authorization from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
