Thank you for choosing The Rigid Packaging for your packaging needs. Our priority is to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary. Please review the policy details below to understand how we handle such cases.
Returns for Standard Size Boxes
We accept returns for standard-size boxes, ensuring flexibility for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return process. To qualify for a return:
- The product must remain in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- You must initiate the return within 100 days of receipt to be eligible.
- Ensure that all original packaging, including protective materials, is intact to avoid rejection of the return.

No Returns on Customized Product Boxes
At The Rigid Packaging, we pride ourselves on offering customized boxes tailored to your specific needs. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, returns for customized orders cannot be accepted. This includes items with unique printing, branding, or tailored sizes.
Please review your custom order thoroughly during the design approval phase. If you need assistance with specifications, our design team will provide guidance to avoid issues post-production.
No Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges on any of our products. If you find that the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return process (for eligible items). After receiving a refund, you may place a new order for your preferred product.
Return Method by Mail
Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team. Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with the return shipping address. Steps to follow:
- Ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Clearly label the package with the RAN provided to you.
- Ship the package using a reliable courier service with tracking.
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected, and a refund will be processed if the item meets our return criteria.
Return Label Responsibility
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trusted shipping service with tracking options to ensure safe delivery. The Rigid Packaging is not liable for packages lost during return transit.

Transactions and Currency
All transactions, including purchases and returns, are processed in the following currencies: USD, GBP, AUD, and CAD. Refunds will also be processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Note that exchange rate fluctuations may impact the final amount returned to your account.
Product Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition. The following will disqualify your return:
- Signs of usage, including wear, marks, or scuffs on the product.
- Missing components, such as original packaging or protective materials.
- Damage caused by improper handling during the return process.
Please ensure all products are carefully inspected before returning.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 3% will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of handling and inspection required for returned products. For example, if your original purchase was $100, the refund amount would be $97 after the restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If delays occur, we encourage you to contact our team for updates.
